In LiteLABS City, a group of aspiring entrepreneurs come together to embark on an exciting journey of negotiation and partnership building. They are participants in the renowned board game, “Partner Track.”
Players take on the role of ambitious individuals seeking to establish successful partnerships with one another. Each player begins with an opportunity card with income. As the game progresses, players encounter potential partners, both friendly and competitive, who offer collaboration in different forms. Each partnership opportunity presents its own set of benefits and risks, including money, influence and assets.
The negotiation aspect of the game comes to life as players engage in strategic discussions with their potential partners. They must analyze the benefits and drawbacks, assess the value of their own contributions, and craft compelling proposals to secure favorable terms. Decision-making skills, persuasive communication, and a keen understanding of their partners’ needs become essential to succeed.
The ultimate goal of “Partner Track” is to create the most profitable partnerships by the end of the game. The player with the highest overall score by Goal Cards, is declared the winner and crowned as the “Master Negotiator” of LiteLABS City.
With its immersive storyline, strategic gameplay, and emphasis on negotiation skills, “Partner Track” provides a fun and educational platform to develop negotiation acumen, critical thinking, and collaboration skills necessary for real-life partnership negotiations.
