Measures for the Administration of the Restricted Use of the Hazardous Substances Contained in Electrical and Electronic Products’ (电器电子产品有害物质限制使用管理办法)is the Chinese version of the European ‘Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment’ and is hence, also known as ‘China RoHS 2.0’. 

As of July 22, 2021, the RoHS 3.0 mandates that all electrical and electronic equipment within the 11 product categories must not contain exceeding amounts of any one of the 10 restricted and potentially hazardous substances.
